The store itself has a large selection of accessories and is kept neat. Many customers report they will never go anywhere else and will continue to return.

Alex is THE GUY. He saved the day when another Verizon store-that was not very helpful- told me it would take weeks to get Gizmo watches and now I have watches for my kids’ birthdays. He was courteous, helpful and kind. Going back to him for all future upgrades, and will recommend him to friends and family.

My experience with the staff, particularly Brandon, was excellent. He helped me through the steps to trade to a new Samsung phone, which got complicated bc of issues with my old phone. He was extremely patient and thorough and provided me with options that served me well.
