“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“This place is amazing and I'll tell you why: for someone who is a novice, getting into Hi-Fi can feel incredibly intimidating. But John and Co. make everything feel relaxed and fun. We get Into it to enjoy music right? So John had my girlfriend and I sit with him for over and hour demoing amps and speakers. I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. My system is like new and I am enjoying everything in my collection for the first time all over again. John and everyone at Audio Connection: you guys have a customer for life!”

“Mateo was exceptional in helping me find wall unit air conditioners for my house. This was difficult because of the unique size and older models my house had. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. Handmade ceramics made in Portugal, stemware, cutlery, kitchen linens, kitchen electro domestic appliances for the kitchen. Certain items for the bathroom. Impeccable infants knit clothes shoes, socks. Excellent customer service, your gifts are wrapped, bixes and tissue paper are provided. My mother and I felt like we were in Lisbon or the Azores with lovely friendly vendor.”
