“Had a great experience at Road Runner Sports purchasing a pair of sneakers after discovering my old sneakers were simply worn out after barely 15 months of use. I've always browsed around here every now and then during lunch, but never bothered to undergo the full experience of doing a fit test and all of the fixins. This time around, I didn't want to mess around so I did the proper routine. Of course, the benefit of coming here on a weekday is that you don't have to wait very long to do the fit test and try on sneakers. With their help, I did finally decide on a sneaker to buy, although it admittedly took me a few extra days to make the purchase. However, the service was spectacular, prompt, and attentive in my eyes. The prices are what you'd expect from a running shoe store. I did splurge a little extra for custom insoles. In the limited time I've begun to wear my new shoes, I've noticed the difference. For me, the decision was easy because I was able to utilize my HSA employer-contributions from my previous job against it. By default, I was enrolled as a VIP member. I probably won't stick around with the membership, but it's good to have it for your initial purchase.”

“I decided to give this place a try as I had knee replacement surgery and needed to get proper measurements of my feet to get the right sneakers to be able to walk. A salesperson named Joseph took great care of me and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease as I was still nervous and wobbly with my walking. He assisted me with many different options and even helped me walk while trying on the sneakers. Joseph gave me a lot of encouragement regarding my slow recovery and made it a great experience. “Amazzzing experience! Hubcitysoles is a hidden gem and has some of the friendliest staff that always make sure I leave happy and satisfied. It’s also extremely affordable and has the best underground street brands like Hellstar, Bape, Supreme, including exclusive merchandise from Balenciaga, Versace, Dior, Gucci, and Rick Owens. I recently purchased a Gallery Dept. shirt that is only available at the Miami location and I’m so grateful that their collection hosts such a curated and artistic variety that ranges from affordable streetwear to exclusive designer pieces. Sometimes when I go to shop I end up spending hours at the store just talking to the staff and the owner Alex is extremely approachable, funny and very professional. “Visited there yesterday. Between the two of us we walked out with 8 pairs of shoes. Jorge and Julio were the two staff members on duty. They were a huge help. They really knew their shoes as related to what we needed and wanted. They were extremely helpful and friendly. This store has HUGE selection of Skechers shoes for all occasions. Jorge and Julio went to great lengths to make sure we had best shoes that would fit us perfectly and not hurt our feet. Definitely a must to visit. Shoes are SO COMFORTABLE.”

“I went there to buy a pair of Toms and I had the pleasure of having Jenny help me with my purchase. She was so kind, helpful and patient. While she was helping me I mentioned that my neurologically impaired sister wanted a pair of personalized Vans since she is unable to tie her shoes. Even though she said they don't do that there, she suggested that I bring my sister in so that she can measure her size, so I don't order her the wrong size since they would be a special order. So I came back the next day with my sister and again Jenny was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to this time since it was such a pleasant experience. I bought a nice sweater that was 80% off surprisingly.
