“Amazing service and I didn’t even step foot in the store. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving searching for a specific men’s UGG shoe. I have called other Journeys but no location serviced me like this one. I spoke with a gentleman named Jose. Who let me know the shoe was out of stock and unfortunately he was unable to order it for me. He took down my information and said he will call me when he gets his next shipment. Due to COVID-19 I knew this was a long shot. I searched high and low since this was a Christmas gift my mom wanted for my brother. I finally was able to find a pair. I just received a call from Jose he received his shipment and the size I needed! I felt so bad I completely forgot and I already was able to get the shoe.
