“We had a unique situation when we took our daughter’s car to Marmora Auto. She had been in an accident with extensive damage (no one was hurt). A week or so after the repairs were completed, she had an issue when driving to the shore. She went home on a Sunday in our car and I called Marmora Auto to see if they could fit me in on Monday because we had to be back home on Tuesday. Lou was very accommodating and gave me an appointment. His team completed the diagnosis and Lou called with the result. The repair would have been quite expensive and I wanted to check with the mechanic who fixed the car from the accident to see what we should do. Turned out the failed part had been replaced as part of the accident repairs. Lou then spoke with our mechanic at home, they discussed the issue and our mechanic was able to order the part. Lou’s team made an adjustment so we could drive home, 90 miles. And we were able to have the car fixed at home under warranty. We are so thankful to Lou and his team for giving us an honest estimate and especially for working with our mechanic at home to get to an acceptable solution for all of us. Also, the property is well maintained and well organized.”

Matt provided detailed estimate which was fair and also promised that the work will take one week which was faster than all other places were offering. I had got appointment to drop the car off one week later and work was done exactly on time. The car looks PERFECT and Caliber gave lifetime warranty for as long as I have this car.
