“Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since.”

“Someone said "Get there early" so I did and a short line followed me in. We were all taken care of promptly! I was quickly given an estimate for the exhaust repair I needed. Since I was there I asked them to double check to see if they could find any potential issues that might cause me to return in the next year. If they were not a quality operation this would have been an opportunity for them to sell me something I did not really need now. They did check and told me there was nothing else I needed now and that I would be good to go. I was told they ran an honest shop with fair prices. That's true! They are terrific.”

“I was directed to Hi-Tech Auto Repair by a dear friend who told me I would be 100% satisfied with the results of "whatever" my automobile needs were. He was spot on! When I first called to ask when I could have my vehicle inspected for several issues, Mo told me to bring it over first thing in the morning. We brought it over the next day and left it with them so they could go over the entire vehicle to give me an idea of not only what needed to be fixed, but several things that may need to keep an eye on because they were coming up on needs to be replaced. Normally any mechanic's shop won't tell you that "you don't need this done right now", but that was not the case with Mo and Hi-Tech Auto. The only reason I am bringing this data up is because 1 week before, we brought it to another repair shop that not only overcharged me for the work that was done, but also stated 5 other things that needed to be replaced or purchased "IMMEDIATELY"!Mo told me those items the other repair shop stated could wait at least 2 years, and another item was definitely able to wait until March or April without worry of anything going wrong or any danger to operate a safe vehicle.I was shocked at all of the work that was done when it came to seeing the bill. Other than doing the work myself or having a family member (who was an auto-mechanic) do it, it was absolutely the most reasonable cost I would have expected. If you have any kind of issues with your vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take it to Hi-Tech Auto Repair. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED with the workmanship, or the price.-Thank you so much Hi-Tech (and Mo) for getting us back on the road the same day you promised us.”

I stopped in on the Thursday right before Labor Day without an appointment to see about some work, and Chuck took me with no problem, even though his lot was full. I told him to take his time because I did not need it for a few days, but he had it finished early the next day. I recently had it at the dealer because of a leak in the sunroof, and they told me that I needed new brakes. Chuck checked it over and said that I was fine for a while. “This is the third time I have used them to fix one of my vehicles. The first time , the mechanic spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the problem with my vehicle on the lift. When he came out from under the lift, He showed me the problem, which he fixed, and then said no charge, it was just a quick fix. The second time they fixed my vehicle, it was 1/3 the cost of the estimate given to me by the mechanic down the street. This last time, he fixed my problem in ten minutes and charged me $20! This is the most honest body shop ever. I have been taken by several mechanics over the years, but I have no fear of being scammed by this place. This will be my go to place for all my car needs.
