“My daughter and I stopped in so provisions for the second time. The first time I went there I bought two pair of shoes. I like them so much that I went back for third time and Rosanna was our sales person. She was absolutely amazing. She had me try on every shoe that I was interested in and if I felt it was a little bit not right she got another shoe out and nothing was too much for her. We wanted to help her put the shoes in the boxes but she was fine. I definitely will be back when I know Rosanna is working mainly because of the time she gave us making sure we were satisfied with our products and we know we will definitely be back again. We love the sneakers now I have three pair of sneakers that will make myneuropathy so much better thank you for having such a great employee.”

“I did not stop in anthropology to shop. That was my original intention until I realized I had left my phone in an Uber. Thank goodness I chose to go in to anthropology. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she did everything in her power to help me, despite the fact that she was working. I truly appreciate that. She called taxicab companies – none of which answered. She offered me a few suggestions and told me how to get to the security office. This woman is someone anthropology can be very proud of. I cannot thank her enough for her help.”

“I thought the store was bright and welcoming, however very inconvenient when coupon information was not in the system that was earned. I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”

“It’s a very nice store.with nice people, but they make their own hours. Supposed to be open till six on a Sunday. Just stopped there at 4:40, doors were locked and they were turning off the lights. Not the first time I’ve been there when it was supposed to be open, but they are closed.”

“I have to say as a Nike boutique store I’m always cautious as a competitive runner nor am I a snob about running shoes, Nike just is my thing, but the style and cleanliness of the store is what drew us in not to mention the presentation of everything in there. However, and this is a game changing HOWEVER, Olivia the manager, was the reason for the store getting my business tonight. I have ran in every running shoe in there except one (not the point) she was pleasant not pushy, intelligent in general but knew her shoes, new her, gave us other customers feedback about certain shoes. What works for her, why doesnt. She listened I could have sat in the cool couches and talked story for hours in there. We almost did, that’s the kicker, it was 10 minutes to closing time and she didn’t even know, she is still answering questions telling us about the clothes as we are walking out, we didn’t want to leave, we had to tell her the time. My point I guess, if I need to see anything Nike that’s where I will head, even if they don’t have it, I’ll go back just because of the customer service from her and not that fake ish either. Very genuine. Can’t say a bad thing about it. I couldn’t get home fast enough to write this”

“I had surgeries on both feet and I am so grateful that DSW carries shoes that I can wear. i just bought 2 pairs of the Sketchers Gogomax and they have a stretch mesh that is very comfortable and can accommodate my new thick orthotics. I also bought 5 pairs of the Sketchers Gowalk and have only been able to wear these shoes since my surgeries. I like that they look ok when I'm dressed up almost every day and they don't hurt my feet while showing houses to my Buyers. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who has had foot problems or have painful bunions. The staff is always helpful and I love that they are 2 minutes away from our home.”
