“An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”

“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.”

I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”

“My daughter and I were in the store for over an hour. Not one sales person asked if we needed help. I had clothes and dishes in my hands and still no one offered to put merchandise behind counter. I saw several women with handful of clothes and they weren't helped either. The sales person at checkout was friendly. Employees were too busy arranging clothes and putting new clothes out. Customers should be first priority!!!”

“Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. Terrance if you’re reading this from Seattle we gotta meet up thank you for all your energy and help!!”
