By the way....in comparison the Cherry Hill branch said that the same task I needed accomplished would take 4 business days. I'll say that again 20 minutes. Expertly done.
Its been 5 days since I had my great experience at this Bank of America and i finally decided I MUST tell everyone about it. First I went to the dark, dingy Bank of America in Cherry Hill. You know the place where only one or two people are there, always give you the run around about how long things will take and how its best that you go another branch. Well it was the same run around this time and thank goodness I listened. I went to the Bank of America in Marlton and it was like night and day. This Bank of America is clean and welcoming, with cheerful, helpful employees who remind you what customer service used to be like and needs to be again. Outstanding service provided at this branch. I will only use this branch to conduct my banking business. Thank You!”

“Kevin, one of the managers, was so gracious and kind. I called the branch having been given the run around by several other TD employees in another location. Kevin was calm and collected and allowed me to vent to him even though I wasn't supposed to. I was angry and yelling and ready to close my account but he remained calm and assured me that he was going to own my problem and take care of it completely. He delivered within minutes! You need more like Kevin because some of your other employees out there are just clueless! Thank you.”

“Republic Bank is an amazing bank. When I have trouble with a fraudulent situation they were very helpful in closing my account and giving me a direct number to call to report it. I went to the bank and they gave me a new card. Very professional and I don’t understand the other negative comments, but everyone is different I guess or just like to complain to much about about irrelevant situations. ?”
