“I have had such bad experiences with other Tmobile stores BUT coming to Marlton NJ Tmobile was the first time I am NOT leaving with anxiety. These 2 men, Kenneth and Albert are the BEST at customer service and very knowledgeable of Tmobile. They sure deserve a bonus or raise. Im an older woman and was ready for bad experience but this Marlton store with Kenneth and Albert changed my experience for the better. I again can't thank them enough.”
“Good Evening Google Family. I hope everything is going well. I googled the directions for the nearest Xfinity after leaving my Edge Fitness Club in Voorhees, NJ. This one came up. I didn't realize that it was an XFinity Store without kiosks. I wanted an Xfinity office with kiosks so that I could pay my bill. I love the self serve kiosks. This one did not have the kiosks. I told the associate who I found out was the Store Manager and explained that I wished to pay my bill. He told me, his name was Kory and that the store being small, did not have any kiosks. However I could still pay my bill there. I moved to another location in the store since he asked me to, since the first computer was inoperable. Another associate, Kyree assisted me with my bill. I told them both if there was a problem, I could go somewhere place. They both assured me that there was no problem and Kory said he didn't want me to go all over the place. I had exact change for the bill, which assisted Kyree. They have no change to give customers. Everyone was very polite and mannerable to me. Very friendly employees. I don't believe I will visit again since I enjoy paying myself at the self serve kiosks. Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!!”
“They couldn't have done any better. They showed up when they said, they did everything I could have hoped for regarding fixing the situation I was in, with a computer that wouldn't boot and data at risk. Somehow they were able to get the data I was concerned about back up and running.”
