Candi took the time to get my parents comfortable while she researched the best deal, explained the plans down to even how they can use their phones for international travel, worked to transfer their numbers and all their former phone data, checked and double checked with them to make sure all the important stuff transferred over (yes, screen savers are important) and suffered through "Dad jokes" and banter with a genuine upbeat positive lovely attitude. Even got my dad a free Apple Watch. Set up everything for them painlessly. An hour and a half later, all was settled and Candi was just as delightful and unflagged. A true delight to work with! Ended up saving my parents $100 a month over Verizon WITH new phones and watches and no headaches. Plus rebates. Candi is a true professional. Many thanks!”
