“5 TARS TO THE STAFF!!! NO STAR FOR THE COMPANY!!!I love the my visit! Eric helped us setup my son’s new fun. The only problem I had was the lack of ergonomic mates for the employees. (See pic- employees feet). So they stand all day and no one has a mat so not cool. My knees hurt watching them work. And you can tell it affects them because they’re always moving and repositioning.Spend some money to build great rapport with your staff!! Happy holidays to the team!!!”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. I truly can’t thank him enough.Not to be dramatic but Aaron truly made my day better.Thank you so much Aaron! You’re amazing”

“Went to the store back in April to try out their 5G Home Internet. It was priced at $50/month with no contract terms and I was paying well over $100 with Xfinity for their internet without cable. Loved the service and decided to go back in July/August to look into switching my phone service from Xfinity to Tmobile. I was paying around $90 initially with Xfinity and then it went up to $120 after I cancelled my internet with them so I was ready to gtfo. The employees at Tmobile were super helpful and through the switch program, they paid off my iPhone with a e-giftcard and now I pay $105 a month for phone AND internet. Easiest decision ever, glad I made the switch!”

“I had gotten a new tv and was very anxious to install the new cable box. When I called xfinity customer service they said I could pick the new box up from this location but they closed at 8pm. So I left my house at 7:00 and arrived at 7:25. However, when I arrived to my surprise the doors were locked. A young woman in the store was saying they were closed. Customer service had given me the wrong hours. Fortunately, a young gentleman by the name of Todd came over to the doors and said “ it’s not your fault, I’ll gladly help you out”. Todd took my old box and gave me the new one. It was quick and painless and I was on my way only after a few minutes. What could of been an inconvenient ordeal turned into a pleasant experience thanks to the kindness and excellent customer service of Todd. Thanks again, Todd!!”
