“Terrific Home Depot!! Very organized and clean, found everything I needed, although getting help requires a few minutes. One of the best Home Depot's I've seen. Extremely efficient curbside pick up process with clear signs. I visited during the coronavirus pandemic. Also the queue for checking out was great compared to other stores. Clean and well lit, fully stocked. As usual it's tricky finding help. Especially when a few are talking together and laughing about something as I watch. Nonetheless the best Home Depot in the area and one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended if choosing between Home Depot's. It's also better than the local Lowe's too by the way. .”

“This store is the best in the region.The employees are knowledgeable and caring. They really want to help you find what you need so you don't need to run around looking elsewhere.The shelves are always well organized way beyond any other home depot I've been to.The supervisor, Paul, I never see him doing anything but working and helping and always puts the customer first.I live almost an hour away but THIS is the home depot I travel to because of Paul and all of his help and knowledge.Paul is an exceptional employee and person in general. “Best plant shop in the city hands down. I am a plant hoarder, but of course I had to find this sweet little shop slanging uncommon varietals for cheap prices. Of course I had to leave with a couple bags full of plants. From hoyas, philodendrons, anthuriums, epipremnum, variegated, etc- you should really come see for yourself. House plant galore!”

“I had a problem with a missing grill mfr shipped it UPS lost it. I called customer service and spoke to Theresa the nicest person you ever want to talk too. She understood my problem and she promised to take of it she said she throughly investigate it. Got back to me an hour later and found out UPS lost it. She reordered the grill for me and put a rush on it and gave me a discount for reordering it. She is the best employee at Home Depot I want to thank her for gold star customer service. “I contacted McNaughton’s about getting a quote for installing a memorial garden. They promptly sent out Steve to meet with me who right off the bat understood my vision and gave me so many ideas on where to put the garden, what we could plant, etc. I knew it was no easy task getting me what I wanted within the budget I had in mind, but Steve delivered above and beyond. He really worked with me to give me everything I wanted. Shout out to his crew (Orlando & Iggy Jr) who flawlessly executed the vision in one day and were so kind. They cleaned up everything and left me with a gorgeous garden. I couldn’t be happier and it’s going to look even better once it all grows in. Highly recommend Steve and his team.”

It’s clear they take pride in offering the best.But what truly sets this place apart is their friendliness, and authentic Mexican specialties they have to offer. From homemade salsas to traditional tortillas, quesos, and Michoacana ice cream, it’s a wonderful treat to explore this quaint store.The friendly and helpful manager (or owner?) told me about their weekly tradition where they make and serve fresh tomales each Saturday from 10-Noon.Overall, this little gem of a grocer has become a new favorite for conveniently fresh produce and authentic Mexican flavors. I highly recommend Mari’s Market anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and the perfect blend between core produce and niche cultural foods.”

“Groff's Nursery is a wonderful place to buy flowers and plants for gardens. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are fair. There is also a gift shop with seasonal items. At Christmastime, a room is decorated for the holidays and Santa is there so families can take pictures with Santa. Santa is great with kids and makes every visit special.”

“Such a cool variety of plants here - some I haven't seen in person before. Very excited about the polka dot begonia I got! Was given care tips, and they will write them down for you on a card too if you want. The prices are also very reasonable, especially because all of the plants are full, healthy, and clearly well taken care of.There is also the cutest shop dog named Emmett there who was so gentle and sweet. Can't wait to stop in again!”

“I bought two different Polywood rockers from Green Lea. They were very helpful when trying the different rockers at the store (but not too "hover-y"). When I got them home I realized that I preferred the one over the other. I called them back to see if I could swap. It wasn't their store policy, but they said, sure, bring it in and we'll swap it for you. I brought in and, no questions asked, they swapped it. Then when I got the new one home and assembled it, there was a problem with one of the parts. I called them up, and they said to send the part numbers and Polywood would send the new parts. The parts came very quickly—again no questions, no charge. Rob was particularly helpful throughout the process. Makes me want to go back to them for any of our yard and patio needs! Oh, and I love the rockers!!”

“Absolute transformation is an understatement. I moved to a new home and the back yard was a total disaster. I contacted A&J and one of the owners, Anthony, came out and personally looked at my yard. He helped me go through ideas to make the yard useable. After discussing my wants and budget the project was started and finished in under two weeks.If you have a landscaping project you want done professionally,clean,on budget and on time A&J Landscaping is the place to call. “Neighborhood gem Happy Place Nice selection of plants and garden accessories. Heather was great. I have a few plants that were touch and go but thriving now. Heather provided some suggestions of plants that would be a great addition to my plant family in my bedroom. Pepper is on the left and Ruby on the right. The young lady that assisted with my purchase was very pleasant as well. She carefully bagged my plants. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“I'll be a forever customer here. They are so knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions about plants. I brought my 5 foot tall tree into the store to get tips on how to care for it. All of the workers were so supportive and educational. I don't know much about plants and they helped me understand how to care for my plants and get started with other plants. “I cannot say enough about how wonderful Home Depot in Berlin, New Jersey is. We just moved to south Jersey and are completely renovating a home. We have needed something from every department in this store. We have only ever been met with a smiling face and affable personality and I wanted to take a moment to thank a few individuals that have made myself or my family feel welcomed and provided extraordinary service in one way or another.* JERRY * from lumber was one of my first interactions at this location and he immediately jumped into conversation with me, making sure I had everything I needed, and really took the time to connect with me right off the bat. These interactions have continued everytime I come into this store, from remembering my name, what project I'm working on, or waving from across the store when he's helping another customer but sees me in the distance. Jerry is a 10/10 employee.* FRANCIS* is my favorite cashier that also shares the same affable personality as Jerry, is so easy to talk to, and makes my husband and I feel so appreciated everytime we interact with him. A fellow military vet, he really connected with our family. He is a genuinely kind soul and your store wouldn't be the same without him.*ROB* Aka Uncle Rob, is what my kids call him, in the paint department. Talk about someone who remembers everything about your last conversation and picks up right where you left off the next time he sees you! It was no wonder my kids latched on to him right away. He is so kind, and is genuinely invested in not only the projects we're completing, asking to see photos, but in my personal goals and aspirations. He's my own personal Home Depot cheerleader as I'm applying to medical school in the next few years! I came into the store one time to check-in and found Ethan on hold trying to find a solution to my issue. The timing was perfect and it shows that even when the customer isn't present, they are actively working on your behalf at the Berlin location!*XIOMARA* is an angel woman in customer service that makes me feel special every time she sees me. Between the sweet "hello, how are you!?", everytime I walk in, even when I'm not paying attention, to her bubbly personality that immediately puts me in a better mood, we LOVE her!!Home Depot, Berlin, you really know how to hire them! Truly the BEST team I've seen in one location in a LONG time. As a military spouse who travels the world and renovates every home she lives in, AND whose favorite store IS Home Depot, I've been to a lot of locations, and I've interacted with a lot of employees. Hands down, YOU'RE MY FAVORITE!!”

“I went there today to get a certain tool. First saw a sales person and he directed me to another sales associate. A man wearing an Eagles Kelsey jersey. Forgot to get his name unfortunately.The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left.But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one.EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU.”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
