“The Christmas program that Flaggs had on November 12th was great The kids loved seeing the different animals like a big rabbit, a goat, and a big pig. They got their face painted and balloons made into different shapes. They got an elf hat with their name written in in the color they chose the hit was getting to sit with Sanna. They had juice and snacks and a good time was had by all. I was so impressed to see a business do something like this free for the kids. The Christmas store with all their decorations and trees is something you have to go and see.”

“I had a problem with a missing grill mfr shipped it UPS lost it. I called customer service and spoke to Theresa the nicest person you ever want to talk too. She understood my problem and she promised to take of it she said she throughly investigate it. Got back to me an hour later and found out UPS lost it. She reordered the grill for me and put a rush on it and gave me a discount for reordering it. She is the best employee at Home Depot I want to thank her for gold star customer service. You have any problems get a hold of Theresa.”

From homemade salsas to traditional tortillas, quesos, and Michoacana ice cream, it’s a wonderful treat to explore this quaint store.The friendly and helpful manager (or owner?) told me about their weekly tradition where they make and serve fresh tomales each Saturday from 10-Noon.Overall, this little gem of a grocer has become a new favorite for conveniently fresh produce and authentic Mexican flavors. “Such a cool variety of plants here - some I haven't seen in person before. Very excited about the polka dot begonia I got! Was given care tips, and they will write them down for you on a card too if you want. The prices are also very reasonable, especially because all of the plants are full, healthy, and clearly well taken care of.There is also the cutest shop dog named Emmett there who was so gentle and sweet. Can't wait to stop in again!”

“Groff's Nursery is a wonderful place to buy flowers and plants for gardens. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are fair. There is also a gift shop with seasonal items. At Christmastime, a room is decorated for the holidays and Santa is there so families can take pictures with Santa. Santa is great with kids and makes every visit special.”

“Great place to go for all of your landscaping needs but especially flagstones, large boulders etc extremely reasonable pricing for the rocks themselves and delivery if you're within range. Highly recommend been coming back here for years for projects both small and large ? two things to note: for delivery it's a pull up and dump situation so if you don't have access to where you want the boulders etc best to have a plan to haul/move/place, find a good person to place the larger boulders as it can get very expensive as a lot of landscapers rent skids so if you only have a few to place it's best to find a smaller outfit that does it by hand with PVC. We used Rooted Landscape years ago and it was much more affordable that we didn't rent any machinery as we had direct and close access to the final location.”

“Very happy with our experience! Husband wanted a sycamore tree for our property, and a second tree of my choosing for another spot on the property. Neighbors suggested trying Axtens, and I went down during the day with my son. First, the gentleman that helped me was extremely patient, as my son was a little rambunctious, but he was able to work around that while still assisting. Secondly, the knowledge he had on the trees I was searching for, was incredible! We settled on a London Plane hybrid and he suggested a Serviceberry/Shadblow for the second tree, to fit our desire of trying to stay native. Great suggestion! Both trees look amazing and the delivery process was quick and easy. Thank you!”

“I absolutely love this place! It's a kids Wonderland with all of the various decorated trees and the little tour that they offer. The staff couldn't be nicer... Especially Charlene. I was in search of a new artificial tree and she pointed me exactly in the direction I needed to be. I'm a huge proponent of supporting small business... especially this business!”

“I bought two different Polywood rockers from Green Lea. They were very helpful when trying the different rockers at the store (but not too "hover-y"). When I got them home I realized that I preferred the one over the other. I called them back to see if I could swap. It wasn't their store policy, but they said, sure, bring it in and we'll swap it for you. I brought in and, no questions asked, they swapped it. Then when I got the new one home and assembled it, there was a problem with one of the parts. I called them up, and they said to send the part numbers and Polywood would send the new parts. The parts came very quickly—again no questions, no charge. Rob was particularly helpful throughout the process. Makes me want to go back to them for any of our yard and patio needs! Oh, and I love the rockers!!”

“Neighborhood gem Happy Place Nice selection of plants and garden accessories. Heather was great. I have a few plants that were touch and go but thriving now. Heather provided some suggestions of plants that would be a great addition to my plant family in my bedroom. Pepper is on the left and Ruby on the right. The young lady that assisted with my purchase was very pleasant as well. She carefully bagged my plants. Looking forward to my next visit.”

All of the workers were so supportive and educational. I don't know much about plants and they helped me understand how to care for my plants and get started with other plants. “I went there today to get a certain tool. First saw a sales person and he directed me to another sales associate. A man wearing an Eagles Kelsey jersey. Forgot to get his name unfortunately.The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left.But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one.EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU.”

We have only ever been met with a smiling face and affable personality and I wanted to take a moment to thank a few individuals that have made myself or my family feel welcomed and provided extraordinary service in one way or another.* JERRY * from lumber was one of my first interactions at this location and he immediately jumped into conversation with me, making sure I had everything I needed, and really took the time to connect with me right off the bat. These interactions have continued everytime I come into this store, from remembering my name, what project I'm working on, or waving from across the store when he's helping another customer but sees me in the distance. Jerry is a 10/10 employee.* FRANCIS* is my favorite cashier that also shares the same affable personality as Jerry, is so easy to talk to, and makes my husband and I feel so appreciated everytime we interact with him. He is a genuinely kind soul and your store wouldn't be the same without him.*ROB* Aka Uncle Rob, is what my kids call him, in the paint department. Talk about someone who remembers everything about your last conversation and picks up right where you left off the next time he sees you! It was no wonder my kids latched on to him right away. He is so kind, and is genuinely invested in not only the projects we're completing, asking to see photos, but in my personal goals and aspirations. He's my own personal Home Depot cheerleader as I'm applying to medical school in the next few years! The timing was perfect and it shows that even when the customer isn't present, they are actively working on your behalf at the Berlin location!*XIOMARA* is an angel woman in customer service that makes me feel special every time she sees me. Between the sweet "hello, how are you!?", everytime I walk in, even when I'm not paying attention, to her bubbly personality that immediately puts me in a better mood, we LOVE her!!Home Depot, Berlin, you really know how to hire them! Truly the BEST team I've seen in one location in a LONG time.
