Marie took care of me like I was her own family at a critical time for me sending packages to my son in the military. Although every employee I've interacted with greets me with a welcoming smile, Tara being one that comes to mind, during my last two visits, David stands out like a beacon of friendliness. His enthusiasm to help me along with his knowledge for what he does left an incredibly positive impression. Both of my interactions with David were like this , which to me shows his dedication to customer satisfaction is indeed genuine. “AJ Assisted me on two occasions. His work ethic is superb. It was a little hectic in the printing department and I needed help as well. (I was alittle annoyed with the copy machines) AJ sprung into action helping several people in a professional and efficient manner. It's hard to find good customer service these days. He made my day.”
“There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.”
“I walked into the Delran Staples looking for card stock paper and cannon ink cartridges. The area where the items were located were clearly marked and an assistant stepped up and offered his expertise. I needed copies and was quickly directed to the printing coping section given suggestions received my copies paid for the items and given a hardy have a wonderful day and great 4th of July weekend. I left feeling comforting and satisfied at my shopping experience.”
