Marie took care of me like I was her own family at a critical time for me sending packages to my son in the military. “I went in on Saturday with an amazon return and the employees kindly explained the customer packed code to me. They told me I could either bring something back or buy a bag. They were very respectful and showed me the differences so I would have everything prepared for next time. While this was happening the same situation happened to the women next to me and she was yelling at the employee that they were wrong. The man handled it very professionally and even though she was yelling he was very kind. I absolutely love this store and all the employees. I definitely recommend this store to everyone!!!”

“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”

“I usually do not write reviews, but I want others to patronize this location. I went in to get a TSA PreCheck by CLEAR. I waited a bit, as the gentleman performing the PreCheck was on lunch. No biggie, he is entitled to his lunch break. Several associates asked me if I needed help as I was waiting and browsing through the store. I will definitely come back to this store if I need any office supplies, as the associates have a grasp of customer service. The gentleman with CLEAR was professional, friendly, and quick. I did not have an appointment, but I did pre-register online.”

The area where the items were located were clearly marked and an assistant stepped up and offered his expertise. I needed copies and was quickly directed to the printing coping section given suggestions received my copies paid for the items and given a hardy have a wonderful day and great 4th of July weekend.
