“I went to the UPS store on Saturday with a bunch of returns for Amazon. I didn’t realize (completely my fault) that some of the items I could bring without packaging and others needed to be boxed up. Serra was so patient and went above and beyond to help me package my items with extra boxes they had there. It took a really long time but she saved me! I know the UPS store isnt supposed to do that, and I so appreciate the help she gave me. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!”
