“Never been here before today. I went to pick up dog food for my friend. The woman (I wished I got her name) who helped wear above and beyond to help me. The inventory wasn't correct but she checked throughly. She was not just helpful, but she even thanked me for being nice to her. I think I found a new spot for my own dogs needs.”

When I got to the store she greeted me with a smile and was kind enough to load the item in the car for me. Customer service is a rare commodity nowadays - please don't take her for granted!! “I'm going to probably come here for the rest of my life whenever I need a shirt with a button down or a collar. We hit this place up after going to the Monmouth Mall because I was starting a new job and I thought I needed to really look snazzy and cool. So I spent like 80 bucks on three shirts walking away. Feeling like a dingus. On the way home we see a t.J Maxx and quickly I realized the error of my ways. I saw five shirts that totally hit the mark and I spent less than 60 bucks. And honestly they were just totally better than the stuff I had in the mall. So now I have the anxiety filled dread of the returns I have to make in my trunk, but fueled by the excitement of my TJ Maxx purchase, I went to my new job with my new clothes, confidence boosting all thanks to the wonderful assortment of TJ Maxx items. If you think this review is paid for, nope, I'm just that good”

“It was my first time at Nordstrom rack, I do know how it worked and was immediately helped by an employee named lily who was extremely helpful to help me find a dress I needed for a wedding. I showed lily a picture of the dress I wanted and she was able to find almost the exact dress for me to order from another Nordstrom store which had my dress available. I was so grateful to lily , she was so kind and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.”

“I love, love, love this shop. Everytime we come to visit our Daughter, we come here. The staff is amazing and I NEVER leave empty handed..Mother's Day weekend was no exception,. If you only have a short time to shop in this WONDERFUL, little beach town of Ocean Grove, don't miss this shop..they have everything. Top it off with lunch at the Seagrass Restaurant. I will never grow tired of going to the beach here, because it's quiet and doesn't have the noise, etc. Even though I enjoy cocktails, wine..it's so nice not to have the alcohol, the boom boxes, etc that's at Asbury Park beach. OG is the perfect place to enjoy the peace of listening to the ocean and the children play. Family oriented, so it works for me, since I've raised my family, but enjoy that there are no loud parties at the beach.”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“Shout out for the Wal-Mart associate whose name tag says “MOHD” for, I know for sure, he went above and beyond his normal duties to help me find a few bags of 8-lb Equate Epsom Salt product that is not on the shelf but is available in the backroom. Kudos to MOHD.”
“This Walmart is out of the way for me, but I was in the area and decided to stop in. My primary reason to visit Walmart is the toy section as I am an action figure collector. I am very used to going to the toy section in my local Walmart in Linden, NJ and finding *nothing*. They do restock now and then, but unless you are there when the items come in you're generally out of luck. Not so (apparently) at *this* Walmart. I went in looking for very specific toys and BOOM, as soon as I got to the toy aisle they had exactly what I was looking for. Now, given the sheer amount of stock I'm guessing they just put the items out on this day, but it was great to see stuff *on shelf* instead of just tons of empty space. The rest of the store is like all modern day Walmarts magnified (it *is* a Supercenter after all). The aisles are wider, there is more shelf space for everything and the lights are somehow brighter. Check out was quick and I had barely any wait. I had a good experience here and if I'm in the area again I would definitely stop by.”

Delayed as we were, we stopped at Target which is conveniently located at my house’s corner, at +6PM in a rainy and cold Sunday night to buy him a convenient gift card and a funny birthday card! “Great store! Inventory can be low for specific items such as Bike Helmets. Or accessories. There are, however, great finds throughout the Sierra retail store. I would say you need to visit this place to get the idea. It's not duffle bags and luggage like I thought. (lol)
The associates at the Ocean Twp. location were wonderful from when ai walked in. Greeted... A couple of reps asked me for any assistance I might need. Friendly.
Couple this with the online Sierra website and you will find a very well put together "inventory" in many locales.
Best part: Anything online is matched in the store. Everything is returnable back to the store if needed. The whole experience works very well and indeed is quite fun!”
