I had a great experience with drive through service. I can even speak Chinese to cash a check without bank card in 2 minutes.

Deposited my paycheck a week ago today still haven't cleared it. Can't get though to anyone on the phone.

I ordered a new debit card and it did not come because it was locked but there is no way for me to unlock it online and the banker said I had to do it that way. So I am in a catch 22 about my bank card and will have to waste the time to go back to the bank.I just hate the phone number- I never got a real person at all.
