“Friendly, great service. No waiting. ATM is in the hallway of building next to the branch entrance, and access to it depends on when building opens and closes. I was told building closes around 6pm so you wont have access to ATM once the building closes. The branch closes at 5pm. Otherwise use atm at your local CVS. I park in the back, and usually find parking right in front of the back entrance. It's 2 buildings connected together; building 1 and 2. The # of the building is 354, and the Santanders branch is located in building 2. So when you go in through the back entrance, make a right to walk into building 2. Its less than a minute walk. You will pass a few businesses, a cafeteria on your left, and then Santanders will be on your right.”

“I can't say enough good things about Regal Bank. I moved here after TD Bank somehow didn't notice large withdrawal from a high yield savings account that I never made. I told Regal about my issues and how I really wanted some security to my account, even though I am just an average middle-class customer. They are definitely secure, almost too secure, where I've had to have certain things lifted like the amount I can take from the ATM or how much I can make on a debit/credit card. But I'd rather have that and the exceptional service I have received over the last two years than the latter. The branch is so friendly, including the one on Route 10. There's also locations in Roseland, West Orange, Summit, Millburn and Florham Park. I love Colleen, one of the tellers at the front entrance. She is sweet, helpful and knows me by name. Whenever I have any issues, they have been quick to help and resolve. The S. Livingston branch usually never has a wait for personal service, whether at the service counter or with a banker. I get a ton of gift cards from here as well, because as a customer, there are zero purchase/processing fees. They have a coin counter available to customers who bank with them as well. I also love the support they give Livingston - whether it's sponsoring or supporting a local event or charity, they truly have a heart. I never thought of going with a smaller bank over one of the more recognized institutions but I'm really glad I switched.”

“Very pleasant experience here in the middle of the current pandemic. Needed to pull a bunch of money from an IRA into short term liquidation. The staff couldn't have been anymore congenial or helpful. I'll be moving to Livingston shortly and am planning to pull literally everything out of their piss poor TD location and placing it here. Parking won't be as plentiful but it's worth it to have a staff that actually knows what the hell they're doing.”
