Only thing negative that I must say is that customer should be advised upfront about the pricing of additional items…screen protector, car charger, etc. this would avoid customer complaints, which were handled by price adjustments”

“I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The other day I had an experience with my phone service that I spent 9 HOURS and talked to multiple people trying to get fixed. I walked into the store and Joe fixed my problem within 30 min. He was so patient, knowledgeable and determined to help me out. Amazing service!”

“On their website is a “get a quote” option. They responded immediately. Brought it in expecting to need to replace the battery and charger port. They could have just said ok, done the work, and charged me whatever. Instead, they inspected the battery, cleaned the port and ultimately charged me significantly less than I would have otherwise paid. Honest shop, appreciate it.”
