“I am writing this review to commend two employees at this location for being amazing and more knowledgeable than most Verizon employees I've met in being a customer of Verizon for a number of years.Kayla is an employee there that you would want to work with hands down. She knows her stuff and works with you to get exactly what you need for your plans and devices and exactly how to get the job done through the system Verizon provides that is less than stellar. Her co worker, Motez, was also very helpful in getting the job done displaying exceptional knowledge and helpfulness.I appreciate feeling like employees genuinely are trying to help me as a person over trying to just sell me a new something.
