A lot of times with other places … they charge me and then come to find out they didn’t even do what they said needed to be done… also I love the fact in the shop you can sit in their waiting room and see thru the glass that they are working properly and efficiently on your car! “Came in for an alignment, something I feel is easily falsified and said is completely screwed up, even if it might not be. Easy way to loose $150 for nothing. Manager came out and told me it was completely fine, gave me a print out of it. I almost went to a place that probably would have charged me for it and not stated it was ok. I’m not local, but will be soon and will come here for problems I have.”

You may have passed this store and repair shop on the Black horse Pike without even knowing that this was a good place to get your tires fixed. It's right near the Gloucester county outlets. If you blink, you'll miss it. You may need GPS for this. Because it's down a non-descript street but there is a sign on the Black horse Pike.
My tire had gotten a nail in it and they couldn't repair it at the other place. A friend recommended this place. We called and they were able to see us that same day. They had the best prices on tires as well, because I had to replace my tire. They gave me a good deal. It only took them about an hour to fix the tire change it and rotate it.
I was very impressed with the service that I received there. The place may not have the aesthetics, but most repair shops don't. It looks like they do work there though. I would give the place five stars out of five.”

Scott was professional, courteous, and understood the issues. He explained the initial cost and what the service technician was going to do. They fixed and repaired all the electrical issues several days before the promised completion date. I highly recommend the repair shop for any services you should need. I will definitely be using them again.”

Monro Auto Service didnt have a tire in stock for me but they were able to find a store with a tire that fit my car. Really grateful for the man who helped me on the phone. “My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”
