Called a couple different garages, and was told by all of them that they would have to run their own scan to see what the code was, which entailed another scan ranging from $100 to $120 , even though I had it in my possession. “Recent update: Consistently great team of service advisors who can keep things simple for guys like me--and I've been coming here for about 13 years now. Just wish they'd give more price estimates over the phone. Their prices for new batteries are especially hard to beat, especially if you're a Firestone cardholder. One of the biggest recent surprises is how well they completely cleaned off and de-iced my car after the nasty snowstorm we had this past weekend. It was such a relief and convenience. Bravo to a great group of professionals! They also accept competitors coupons and price match for various services including for standard oil changes, but the best part is that Firestone uses a synthetic blend in their standard oil changes, which is a higher quality than conventional oil changes. So you get the higher quality oil at the price of the competitor's standard oil.”
