“The experience with this bank was astonishing. I came here with my mother-in-law, who is an account holder of over 20+ years. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the assistant manager Madonna which was extremely hospitable & helpful in getting her taken care of.The branch supervisor Barbara, did great in getting matters sorted out for us & making sure that we were informed of all things dealing with the account.While there, I personally saw Madonna handle several unpleasant customers with the greatest & most professional of mannerisms.Definitely round of applause to this Branch.I trust them with all of her banking needs & can tell that all upcoming customers moving forward will be in good hands.Go Northfield!!!”

“The bank branch at Erudo St. and St. Georges Ave. has been remodeled. I guess that it's a more efficient use of space than before. The teller's area was streamlined to just 3 counters to help with customer's banking needs. I like the change.”
