It's hard to get customer service like that”

“I went to this store searching for a rarely used product (Kem Aqua Plus). Jon(John?) was in the store and gave me a lot of information on the product usage and since he had only one of the three that I wanted, he called around and found stores which carried the others. Since I am a homeowner and not a professional, he gave quite a few suggestions on how to use the product. Highly recommend this store. If you get Jon to help, you are lucky!”

“It was time for a repaint, over the original paint on my deck, which is oil based. Sherwin Williams no longer sold that solid paint product. Ryan C., store manager at Fairless Hills location, was very helpful and patient. He ended up calling the paint help line. They told him the replacement paint of the original. It had to be ordered from warehouse. Then on 'pick up day' of my paint, the two ladies gave me excellent customer service. Highly recommend.”
