“Mobile orders always have an insanely fast turnaround time for curbside pickup. When I go inside, I am always greeted and it's usually the same familiar faces. Alan is always more than willing to help me load my car even when I insist that I got it. If something isn't available in the store, they offer to order it or find another store that does have it. The store is always clean and orderly and well stocked.”

“This is the best Home Depot in the area. Everything is orderly and in the correct place. The hardware section is the best especially when compared to Cherry Hill. Imagine going to a bin and finding what is supposed to be there actually in there! The plumbing and electrical sections are similarly well maintained. I find Jonathon very helpful and the world is a better place because of Dorthea in check out!”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”

“Had the best experience with Kathleen at front end department. Kind and understanding with information to help us resolve our lawn mower issues. Her co workers on the other hand could use a class in customer service and profession demeanor. Understandably Sunday mornings are not the best shifts, yet Kathleen was able to go above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers. Thank you again!!”
“I always come to the Lowe’s and they are always so friendly to my dog, Sonny. The last time I was here, a staff member named Lake helped me shop for what I needed, made suggestions, went and grabbed planters for me and helped me load my car. It was such an easy experience for me - especially because I was buying giant palms and had to fit them in my two door Honda! Thank you to Lake for all the help and hospitality, he went above and beyond!!!”
“Lewis (I hope I spelled that correctly) was extremely helpful this morning. I left my wallet in one of their rental trucks yesterday. Upon calling the rental department, I was greeted by Lewis over the phone. I explained the issue at hand and Lewis said he could help me out if I stopped by. When I arrived, Lewis was in a fantastic mode (at 6 am mind you) and informed me he held the keys to the truck so it couldn't be rented before I arrived. Customer service like this deserves to be praised, thank you for putting me in good spirits for the rest of the day sir!”

“I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!”
