I went there to buy kitchen faucet person in pluming department told me they did not have what I need.left went to Lowes up the street and person in pluming department said they were wrong at Home Depot. So Home depot lost a sale.

I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!

I gotta be honest, I can't really review Home Depot. We come to this location to buy sausage from Rocco's, which is in the parking lot. This place has the best Italian sausage, hands down. Love the staff and the portion sizes are hefty. I'm sure Home Depot is great too, but don't sleep on the parking lot sausage!
