The day of my appointment, I went with my wife and our little doggy and we were greeted with a smile from everybody; our salesman Ramon Guadalupe was incredible, extreme friendly and no pressure approach, we test drove two vehicles and they had one that was everything we were looking for. Negotiation was smooth and easy-going, with no hidden fees or warranties during the paperwork, and in about an hour, I was driving my new BMW i4 M50. Also, I want to mention that Juan and Ivan from the service department were very attentive and friendly during a visit for a safety recall I did recently.
