“This is the second body shop I took my car too. I was not happy with the first one because the colors did not match and there were some alignment issues with the bumper and quarter panel. Matt talked with me on the phone and then when I arrived in person, Matt came to look at the car. He assured me he could align the body parts and match the paint much better. He and his staff did a phenomenal job with my car. The front office personal were very friendly and informative. They greeted me with a smile and put me at ease. Their professionalism is outstanding. From start to finish Matt and his staff were excellent. They kept me informed and explained everything. These are down to earth people. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my car. “I have been coming to A R Performance for several years now. Anthony and Rob are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, detailed and competent. Their service is exceptional. No this isn’t the cheapest mechanic but I can tell you they are the best. One example of this I heard a noise and thought I needed all new breaks and was ready to spend $1500. It was just being produced by a broken hubcap. They were honest and didn’t take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They only tell you what needs to be done and when. They also stand behind their work. This is the best business I’ve trusted with my car and I would gladly refer anyone to them. “I took my Audi A6 in to diagnose an oil leak and to perform routine services. Prior to Auto Tech all services, maintenance, and repairs were performed solely by Elk Grove Audi for the duration of my cars life. I could not get an appointment with Audi's service department immediately and did not want to risk driving my car potentially causing damage after discovering the oil leak. I was referred by friends and family to Auto Tech since this was an unexpected problem that needed to be addressed immediately. Auto Tech was able to get me an appointment the following day after calling them and assured me they possessed the qualifications, knowledge, and experience to work on my car. After 2 days and a thorough inspection, Auto Tech was able to diagnose the oil leak and another problem my car had which I failed to notice myself. A full diagnosis of the problems, repairs, and cost was provided to me by Auto Tech via their user friendly website. Auto Tech Service Advisor Phillip Tran gave me a call and explained in detail the diagnosis and additional issues they found which gave me the honesty, integrity, and professionalism I was looking for. After approval of the repairs and cost, my car was repaired and ready for pickup after 7 days. I specifically requested OEM parts only be used for my cars repairs which understandably caused a longer repair time. Throughout the days of repair, they answered my calls and gave me progress updates and a tentative date of completion. My car is now back to full performance and drives like new again. I am glad I found a reliable and honest shop that cared for my car as much as I do. Additional to the referrals I will now give my friends and family for this shop, I find it only deserving to give you my honest review and experience as well.”

“My wife and I had a different shop price us for what we felt was too high for tie rod (outer) for our 2013 Hyundai Accent. Long story short this shop was far more reasonable and straight forward and got me in quickly. Ceran was very helpful and reviewed the tie-rod and saying that he believes the other shop were talking about leaking oil.”

“Called and asked about sport tires for a 2010 SI around 1pm, they said they could have them here by 3:30. I called to check back at 3:15, arrived! Nice to know they've been in Elk Grove for 30 years, I love established neighborhood businesses. Anyway, car was taken into the shop around 4 pm, they said they're short a couple guys but should have my tires done by 5pm (when they close) or a little after which they would do no problem. Really nice company so far, especially pushing past closing time without the sudden "omfg look on the face". Lol Found a mountain mikes within a ten minute walk and am enjoying their salad bar and happy hour beer. Better than waiting in a lounge for an hour and a half. Good year was going to charge me $600+ just for 2 tires. Hell no. I'll go down to my guys @ Tire & Wheel Mart of Fulton and buy FOUR brand now Toyos for 400. But my tires were so bald I didn't want to risk shitty arden roads. So stayed close to where I was currently and Radial Tire seems to be amazing. Will update once job is complete and what it included.... Hope this helped.”

I took my car to expert automotive to perform the service and to my surprise they did not try to price gouge me. They literally did a check of the whole car and suggested what was needed and what was not. “I initially went to the Honda dealership to try and get an oil change but waited in line for about 10 minutes and left without recognition or help. Ended up going on yelp and found this place down the street and decided to try it out for the first time. Walked in and was greeted right away by Jackson. He was very welcoming and kind. He was professional and attentive on what needed to be worked on with my car and they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things like most places do. I walked in without an appointment and luckily there wasn't a wait considering it was the weekend. I came in later in the evening and was able to get in and out of there fairly quick. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Julio Moreno, the service advisor, for his extreme efforts to get my car fixed & painted back to what it was before the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely done right before he returned it to me. His honesty about things that were done to my car by the other company that previously worked on my car was what made me feel so happy as you dont find this in many businesses these days. I had filled out a survey from Caliber before the last issue was resolved and I want to say that I gave them 5 stars but just had put my car was not done when said it would be but that was no one's fault at Caliber.
