We have been using Stewart’s since we immigrated from Scotland in 1960. Where to begin? The storefront is filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned/dusted since Reagan was President. The sausage rolls I purchased were AWFUL. Tasted like sawdust and pork fat. Nothing like they used to be. Glad I only bought 2 cause 11/2 went in the garbage. Disgusting. Meat pies were average. Spent $70+ dollars for rubbish. Very sad. I guess nothing can last forever. ????????

I have gone here in the past many times , I guess maybe it's the children And not the parents anymore , But I didn't enjoy my visit this time , The young lady that helped us was really bizarre , She had an attitude of i'm annoyed, Why are you here , If.What they're running is an online business.They should switch to just doing that I don't know what they're doing , Used to go up there to get the sausages And backbacon Spent like $60 dollars And we got home ,There was no bacon , My wife refuses to go back , found the whole experience extremely unfriendly and unwarm , The place looks like it's falling apart , Dark and like a dungeon, And the young lady was impatient while we looked around otherwise We would have bought more , I think this is the problem.When you didn't start something yourself. You don't really want to be doing it , Place is extremely old And clearly they don't put any money back into the business , Really seems like a business that is just limping along With bullets in both legs , I'd been there twenty something times when I was younger , It's unfortunate.I will not go again I felt completely unwelcome , And unwanted as a customer ,And my wife who Is from new castle england , thought I was out of my mind for going there Could not understand what I saw in this place and after this visit I couldn't either , I wish the family who owns it Good luck but I won't come back , I'll just find products online I mean you should kind of have respect for people who travel all the way to kearney To visit your business

I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone can give this market a good review. The gentleman (I use that term very loosely), is rude, arrogant and nasty. The place is filthy. I’ve shopped here for many years but in the past 5-8 years it’s really gone down hill. I caution you strongly against shopping here.

2nd time I walked in and walked out. Save yourself the trouble. Go some place that appreciates you, right down the road. 596 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031 . Never again, opens late has nothing in stock and really poor attitude....NO Thanks

Was able to pick up a haggis for Burn's Dinner as well as a number of other Scottish items, the woman behind the counter was helpful and friendly, and so far everything we tried has been GREAT!

Five stars! They are truly the last man standing. Growing up there were many Scottish Butchers to choose from Stewart's, Cameron's, Em-Kay and Royal (which my parents referred to as Claude's). I live half way across the country and ordered meat pies, bridies and sausage rolls for the holidays. They did not disappoint! Thank you! The 1 star reviews here are pure rubbish and cheek.

So the owner isn’t taking orders for the rest of the week and in order to make people aware of this prior to coming here they disconnected their phone and there is nitro a word about this decision anywhere online. I do not recommend bothering with this place at all. If you are going to shut down orders then perhaps update the website ?? Just a thought. Don’t just disconnect your phone. Completely awful service.

Don't waste your time if you're looking for mutton pies ; was so looking forward to what we would get from Taylor's years ago .. these were dry tasteless thin hockey pucks ..disappointing..

I so enjoyed taking a ride up north to grab some real Scottish meat pies! I have been going here for years since my dad lived in area growing and and my Aunts lived near. If you have never tried them you should. To me they were the original pot pies.

So disappointed in this place. Always got my Meat Pies here. I no longer will be coming back. First of all they raise their prices, and worst not just a quality of meat, but the amount for a higher price isn't right. They will lose my business for now unless they up their game a little bit I don't mind paying more, but I don't like paying more and getting less

Piece of shit company never sent my order. Never returned an email. Never answered the phone. I never got a refund for my $100 plus order.
