“The nicest pharmacy. I went there to buy some other medications. I was so sick and exhausted that day. Also im not from this country so dont know about meds well. I wanted to talk to a pharmacist to get some advice/information. I went to the parmacist and explain my symptoms... he recommended some meds for me and also told me how to take the meds and max doses. He wrote down the meds names that i can just buy over the counter because all the medication names are so new and difficult to me.In addition, when i asked if i can have the certain meds, he said that has to be prescribed. i didnt know that because medical laws are different by countires. I can just buy the meds i wanted over the counter. After talking to him, i just made a doctors appointment.I have never seen any pharmacist who explain about meds in detail and tried to help me. I know they are always busy so i didnt really expect him to do that for me. I dont remember his name but just know his picture was on the screen.It was a good experience.”

The pharmacy has an A team lead which is leadby Melissa who constantly stays involved with me and my needs.Even though there's an automated system to tell and or remind me of refills, she along with her teammates reach out to me on a personal level to make sure I stay on point.1 through 5?
