“Just visited the pharmacy for getting my prescription. The PCP office had messed up informing the pharmacy about my prescription. The delay went beyond the pharmacy hours and Mitchell personally called their office immediately to get the prescription and make sure I received my medication even after the pharmacy working hours. Really satisfied and happy with their customer service and consideration. Thank you Mitchell once again.”

“I debated using this pharmacy based on the negative reviews, but decided to go with it bc of convenience. So far, I haven't had any issues with any of the pharmacy services I've used (monthly/regular prescriptions, covid booster, etc). I use the Walgreens app, which has made it a bit more convenient and easier. My monthly refill is in the fridge so I just remind them and it's a breeze. If any issues, I communicate with my doctors' offices to double check. When I changed jobs and had a new insurance, the tech already had it on file when I went to pick up a refill. The staff does seem overworked at times and I hope conditions improves for them. Sometimes, there's a line, but it has never been a crazy long wait. I have a family of pharmacists, so I just remember to be a bit more patient and kind.”
