Unpleasant experience. Tried to return my Fios router but they just emotionlessly told me to drop it to the location indicated in the email, which says I can drop it at any Verizon store or UPS.
I would rather believe that the agent there simply don’t wanna help cuz it adds workload and they were too lazy to care
