“My car wouldn't start on a cold holiday morning. I called My Way Towing, and the guy on a phone gave me pricing up front for both a jump ($85) and a tow ($125)--super reasonable. He told me he could get someone to me in about 20 minutes, and a tow truck came on time as promised. A jump ended up working, and I was able to drive the car to a local mechanic. I was able to pay online using a link they texted me.”

“Every time I drive by the old burnt-down Chambord Building on Newark Avenue in Hoboken, I get sad about no longer seeing Dave's Auto Repair and Latin American Auto Body next door. I'm glad I found where y'all relocated to and am looking forward to dropping off my wife's car for routine preventative maintenance shortly. “Honest. Dependable. Trustworthy. Affordable. Timely. Everything you could possibly want in an auto-repair shop or in an emergency towing situation. My SUV wouldn't start in a parking garage in Hoboken, NJ. A&L Auto Body was the only shop willing to drive their tow truck into the narrow garage to try to get it out. After making multiple trips to the garage to test various solutions, they were actually able to fix my car (when AAA couldn't), helping me avoid all costs associated with towing. If A&L wasn't able to step up, I have no idea what I would have done to get that car out of that garage. My experience with them was perfect, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a tow or any sort of car repair/maintenance.”

“It's rare to have a positive interaction with a towing company but my experience with Al's Towing was INCREDIBLE. I broke down on the turnpike on a busy ramp, in 95 degree weather, alone. I was extremely overwhelmed and the second Frank (tower from Al's) pulled up, I was immediately put at ease. He was beyond friendly, accommodating, and treated me as if he would if his own daughter was broken down. In such a stressful situation, I could not feel more lucky to have been sent Frank. “The prices were reasonable for the service. A small truck ran me about $65 bucks including taxes and insurance the good thing is you don't have to full the tank up only what you use I did run over my max time 3 hours and ended up paying another $127 which was reasonable for mileage and going over the expected return the system is awesome where you can check in and out by phone and there's a drop box they also had huge boxes for less than $5 dollars for packing and moving the customer was good and the store operation system was on point the only thing is when you return the truck be expecting a return pile up and possibly no where to park my first time renting a UHAUL I was impressed and very satisfied”
