“When my car rental company (Budget) stranded me in a remote location for 3 days! over Christmas with a car that would not go, David delivered a replacement to me and took away the useless car. I was in communication with at least three of Budget’s “emergency roadside assistance” representatives and an agent who told me that a replacement car couldn’t be released to anyone but me (stranded with their dead rental car over 60 miles away). I was on hold for hours, disconnected, given conflicting information, and told I couldn’t be helped until David, from Thomas Towing, got involved. He was the ONLY person who knew what was going on and he kept me updated me by text with each development. He even called me to ask if the replacement vehicle he managed to get Budget to give him was acceptable. He found me easily, arrived exactly when he said he would, and dropped off a beautifully running Toyota truck. He even texted to let me know where and when he had delivered Budget’s dud car. David provided calm, certainty, and impeccable service at a very stressful time. “My car broke down in South Kearny on the way to NY (about half an hour from home). It was a Saturday at 5:30, cold and rainy, and there was no help to be found nearby. Called this place up and they said it would be $100 (for an SUV that's a great rate) and they'd be there in an hour or so. They got to us within 35-40 minutes and the driver was kind enough to take my husband, myself, and our cat along for the ride. Can't tell you how grateful we were for the lift, and for the speed at which everything was done. I didn't catch the driver's name but I just gotta say, thank you so much! P”

They went beyond and above to give my Mustang a second life at a very reasonable price that I wouldn't expect even before the inflation. Their facility and staff are not just professional and quick but also smart to solve unusual problems. Given how chaotic the world is today, good or great is not enough to describe their service. “They are good people. I know they get a lot of angry people who are pissed to have no car and sometimes it's not their fault, but they don't get credit for doing a service as the State of NJ operates when they tow a car. They can't help but work w the police and policies for example to get a police release for a towed car in an accident or situation that requires some legal reason to have the police intercede or release a vehicle. Dealing w Newark police (some staff are quite mean) is another story. When you call Newark police you have to first ask if your car is there (if your car was towed from Newark) and then you have to pick up a release report from Newark police station at 22 Franklin Street, Newark and talk to an officer who will decide to send you up to floor 3 to get your report. That's the release papers. But if you also need a police report you have to go outside to another part of the building and get the report there if the car was in an accident and you pay like 5 cents a page. But I had a really great experience w Dente Brothers and their kindness to help me really made me have hope in humanity. Thank you Anthony Sr. And Dente Brothers for helping me when I was down bc of a driver who killed my car at no fault of my own. You really all meant a lot to me. They also care for stray cats which is always near and dear my heart after rescuing so many strays in newark and irvington and East Orange NJ.”
