And the staff EXCEPT KARINA (the manager) she talked loudly to an employee while I was waiting for her which I found unprofessional and rude, she was also very insistent on entering my information after I told her I was not interested and to finish the day she did not verify the box (after going to get the shoe) and I drive back home (20min) I had to go back to the store, to find that SHE DID NOT EVEN WALK OUT TO APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE. but the employees there were awesome and very nice with me, but I really didn’t appreciate her attitude, pretty sure if one of the employees would have been the ones who made the mistake she would have walked out to embarrass them and write them up.
Other than her the store is great and the rest of the staff is great!”

“This is a great loft with a decent Petites section. The employees are super helpful and don't bug you too much with clothing suggestions! They are clearly working but not overly annoying which is nice. The Petite selection is fairly abundant for a smaller store and the sales are always great. They always also willing to order something for you online (with free shipping) and will often apply additional discounts too!”
