The representatives made me wait one hour while they were playing on their phones, let someone cut off the queue and when they finally got to me, didn’t help to solve my problem. Very rude and inefficient.

Lost my wallet, tried to get a check to renew my boilers license. I had the form from NJ MVC stating that I had purchased a new drivers license. They gave me the whole company policy, but if I knew someone at a chase branch those policies get thrown out the window. Kind of sucks that I can't do what I need to do with my own money. I'm gonna hold the branch responsible for having to take my classes all over again and pay the $800 fee. Lawyers speak volume

Just want to point out that I had the best banking experience thanks to Omar! highly efficient, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. People like him remind you of the importance and big part that plays a good physical branch.

I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but I had a great experience with Omar while applying for a credit card at this branch. He didn’t just want us to hastily open up an account and get us out of there. Instead he genuinely cared about finding the best options for us to save money. He also sat with us past closing time to get everything situated. I wish everyone was like this. Thanks Omar!

Probably the worst Chase branch around NYC, I've stopped doing business with Chase because of how bad their customer service is. Several complaints - teller rushing me and asking me to count my withdrawal elsewhere, some random guy in casual clothing (apparently employed by this branch) tapping me and asking my personal info. Just a very unprofessional environment here.

Very insensitive and callousness - they couldn’t help to open a simple checking account and in AMEX it happens in 10 mins - -here they gave me a month wait time to open a checking account

Strange place. Walked in, asking for notary public to verify my signing of application for transit senior citizen reduced fare - very simple and common thing. They turn me away - as they can't do THAT kind of document. Simply validate my signature... and advised me to go somewhere else - hot day - 98 F . 40 min walking for old man for nothing ... Been 30 years Chase customer... Needles to mention - went to another Chase branch and get served in 5 min.

This has got to be the Chase branch with the worst customer service. Over the past couple of years, I've had to email Joshua Sierra, a Chase Relationship Banker, a handful of times. Each time, I've indicated that the matter was time sensitive (and it was) because it was related to real estate closings. Each time, my emails have been ignored by Joshua. No acknowledgment, no follow-ups, NOTHING.This morning, I went to the branch to confirm directly with him that his email was, in fact, working, and it was. I said that I’ve sent him multiples emails and he started denying it before even hearing me out. The worst, the worst experience — consistently — is with this Joshua Sierra.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Chase directly. There is pure discrimination happening at this location and it’s not just from one employee it’s from multiple mostly the accountants, extremely unprofessional behavior I own a business account as well as a personal account with chase because I am casually dressed. I am being looked at up and down being judged like I’m a nobody by the accountant, who came up to me after waiting almost 15 to 20 minutes ignored me The first account and told me to check in with the teller the teller said there’s no reason to check in you’ll just sit down and wait for the accountant to come up and grab who’s next the next accountant came up looked right past me and try to get to the lady who was better dressed than me When she pointed out that I was in deed next, the lady asked me what it is that I wanted. I told her I wanted to inquire a few things about my business account. She kept looking at me up and down as if there was something wrong with me asking me if I have documents that is completely discriminatory. I am an American born citizen with an already active chase account, business and personal and then she proceeded to tell me that she might have an appointment to hold on after waiting another 20 minutes I asked for a branch manager to address all of this and was told that no branch manager is available. I am disgusted. I am truly disgusted, I have never had this kind of experience at any bank in my entire life. This is by far the worst worst experience in the world. I will also be speaking to my attorney about the discrimination that I faced here.

ATM: It’s been several months that the door doesn’t open after hours using our chase card to use the ATM indoors. The ATM outdoors works 60% of the time only. Can’t believe these issues haven’t been fixed for so many months for such a reputable bank.

This is specifically a review of the Private Client services at the branch. It is sold as a service where, in addition to perks like refunds of ATM fees, better rates on mortgages, you will have concierge style service as well as investment and wealth management services from JP Morgan. The problem is that these are all actually "off the shelf" services and you must obtain them all through a retail branch. I had a good investment manager who, when he transferred to another branch, I followed. He then moved to a position at JP Morgan. I was told by the Private Client Hotline that I could, in fact, continue to work with him. I was then told by the branch's private client manager that I could not do so. Without authorization, she transferred my account back to this branch and placed me under a manager who failed to do the job, both in terms of carrying out brokerage instructions and addressing my wealth management strategy, which entailed paying down a line of credit before it reached margin. This caused significant losses as well as a period where I had no access to cash.As I tried to address the problem I was told that I had no choice in the matter and had to remain with this "advisor." I was unable to transfer the account to a different bank because the products they offer through Chase are all proprietary funds that cannot be transferred without liquidating and incurring taxes. Essentially, my money was stuck with an advisor that failed to follow instructions and gave bad advice when he gave any advice at all. I only was able to extricate myself from the situation because I indirectly knew an advisor at JP Morgan and was able to move the account over.Beyond the investment, most of the "services" offered result in them telling you call a call center that often gives incorrect information. I was unable to get information on a particular Chase credit card because "we don't offer that through the branch" and told to look it up on the website (I already had and had follow up questions). I had asked about opening a business account but, because my office is located in NYC, was told I had to go to a branch in NYC, rather than having them help set it up. One time I was simply told "call the private client hotline" and referred to three call centers, the last one which said I should speak directly with the account advisor because I had a "full service" account (could have fooled me) that I should deal with.To add final insult to injury, when my account invested in the same funds, was transferred to JP Morgan, I was told months later that the amount in the funds does not count towards the threshold for Private Client services, and without telling me the bank started debiting a monthly "service fee" for services they never provided.I would not recommend using this bank.

I had an appt w Anny Garcia to change my last name on my account and she said bring your wedding certificate to the teller. She asked what time worked for me and I said 130 when my original appt was. I even asked if I should cancel my appt and she said no. Next thing I know I get an email saying my meeting was canceled. Laziness

when bank is closed cannot access the inside enclosed ATM. The outside card reader never works to unlock the door.
