    Emir Carrasco gets the job done in time. So does his team.

    Now I’ve been a resident for a year. Emir always got my back. Blinders not working? No prob Emir gotta order in just a week. Need a screw driver? Text him and be right there in a couple minutes. Best maintenance team I’ve had.

    Quickly helped with my maintenance issues. My closet door came off the tracks and he was able to get it back working very fast. On the spot I asked for something in my kitchen to be fixed and he went and got the part to come back and fix it. Happy with my service!
