Harbor 1500 is gorgeous place to live. I stayed there for two years. Great location to access to NYC, nice views for Manhattan, convenient to grocery shopping, most important is the best service and wonderful staff. I really enjoyed living there. If i come back to the area, Harbor 1500 will be my first choice.

It has a nice view, other than that, it?s a nightmare. Unresponsive staff who don?t give a damn. Greedy company that nickel and dimes you on top of an already high rate. Non stop noise from construction, dogs and the party boat that also uses our building (with no benefit to residents). Can?t wait to move out! -

The location is gorgeous and peaceful. The leasing staff especially JERYLINE DE NULLY handles all requests with care is highly responsive, professional, kind and respectful. This building has everything you need set in a beautiful location with the nicest staff. A great place to live.
