“Wow. And a huge thank you to manager, Hanud! I went to Switzerland and when I arrived, I wasn't able to make or receive calls, send or receive texts. I spent HOURS on a borrowed phone with Verizon customer service who were useless. Had to buy a Swiss SIM card to use while there. As soon as I returned, went to the Verizon store in Hoboken where Hanud quickly diagnosed the problem and knew what to do to get my phone up and running again. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.
