“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

“So I went to T-Mobile at Time Square. I was expecting a difficult time. In such a busy place it can be hard to get an associate to assist you. Well my experience today could not have been further than my presumption. Upon arrival I was met by Angel a floor manager. My iPhone 13 Pro port has not been working for months. I feared I would have to upgrade. Angel took my phone and immediately began an inspection. She personally cleaned the port area and after 5 mins with her my phone is now charging as good as the day I got it. So please regional managers recognize Angel and her exemplary service. I even offered to pay for her services and she graciously denied me with a smile. 20 plus year customer of T-Mobile and I am grateful and satisfied. I hope this review finds it's way to her next review.”

“In February, out of my frustration with AT&T, I walked into TMobile, and Ben came to my rescue. He took his time to help me, and even when we had an issue unlocking the phone, he was patient and kind. He has wonderful customer service skills, is very communicative, and made sure he signed me up with all the necessary T-Mobile apps. Give him a raise. Cheers to you!! Great employee. “I visited this location to switch my phone number from a different carrier to T-Mobile. Bera was extremely patient and helpful. Initially, it was somewhat confusing because the owners of my family plan were in another state, but Bera told me exactly what he needed from us. At the end, he also ensured that both my phone and Apple Watch were connected properly before sending me my way. The only nitpick was that the process took about an hour and half; it appears T-Mobile doesn't grant much authority to their in-store employees, necessitating a call to a T-Mobile agent for most actions. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the store helped me complete my errand successfully.”

“Couple days ago, I went to trade in my phone. I was assist by a sales girl Jenesis, she was very nice and patience to help me through the trade in process! It took super long but I was happy how they took care! I was also served by a gentleman when I first switched to T-Mobile from AT&T in March he also gave a great service I wish I remember his name!
