I’ve been coming here for a while now and I never have any issues with the work that they do…. They do a great job and they do what they say needs to be done on your car. A lot of times with other places … they charge me and then come to find out they didn’t even do what they said needed to be done… also I love the fact in the shop you can sit in their waiting room and see thru the glass that they are working properly and efficiently on your car! Their prices are reasonable considering this inflation we are all going thru… I am a very satisfied customer!”

“Came in for an alignment, something I feel is easily falsified and said is completely screwed up, even if it might not be. Easy way to loose $150 for nothing. Manager came out and told me it was completely fine, gave me a print out of it. I almost went to a place that probably would have charged me for it and not stated it was ok. I’m not local, but will be soon and will come here for problems I have.”

“I came over here on a Saturday. They replaced my power steering pump the same day. Paul, Frank and Chris were all amazing. I called the next day for a slight whine that the car was making and they had me bring it right. They said everything sounds normal and to give it a few days and the whine will stop. I'm not fully convinced yet that the whine is normal because I know the car and something doesn't seem right but I'm thankful they took the time on a Saturday and Sunday and were accommodating to my needs.
Changed from 4 stars to 5 because a week later I returned because of the noise I was still hearing. They replaced the pump again at no charge and told me to let them know if I experience anything else.”

You may have passed this store and repair shop on the Black horse Pike without even knowing that this was a good place to get your tires fixed. It's right near the Gloucester county outlets. If you blink, you'll miss it. You may need GPS for this. Because it's down a non-descript street but there is a sign on the Black horse Pike.
My tire had gotten a nail in it and they couldn't repair it at the other place. A friend recommended this place. We called and they were able to see us that same day. They had the best prices on tires as well, because I had to replace my tire. They gave me a good deal. It only took them about an hour to fix the tire change it and rotate it.
I was very impressed with the service that I received there. The place may not have the aesthetics, but most repair shops don't. It looks like they do work there though. I would give the place five stars out of five.”

“Needed a single tire because of a nail on the inside lip of my tire. I was turned down by pep boys and a few other shops since it was close to closing time. Monro Auto Service didnt have a tire in stock for me but they were able to find a store with a tire that fit my car. Really grateful for the man who helped me on the phone. Scott was professional, courteous, and understood the issues. He explained the initial cost and what the service technician was going to do. They fixed and repaired all the electrical issues several days before the promised completion date. I highly recommend the repair shop for any services you should need. I will definitely be using them again.”

That experience almost a year later brought us back to the shop. This time we bought rims with tires and calipers. The experience was even better. His employees were quick and friendly. But, we were extra pleased because Mike assisted the employees in putting the calipers, it was nice to see him helping out in the complete handling and installation of the products we bought from him.
