“Ive had the pleasure of working with Chris and the APD crew for years. They have always hit the mark no matter the challenge. Personally I have never had the opportunity to be a receiving party of the APD service and as I already knew it would be it was an incredible job. There was not a spot missed or a crevice not cleaned. My carpets looked immaculate the exterior looked amazing. As most of us know the dealership does a "delivery prep" ,but I wish that this is what my car looked like on the day of delivery . No matter the job APD has it covered. “I took my 2001Jaguar XK8 convertible to several shops and none of them could repair the problem I was having. A friend suggested Desi Auto Care. I called them and they were very nice on the phone. I took my car there and they repaired it correctly. It took them a little while but they did an excellent job. The people working there were very nice. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone with an exotic car. Cudos!”

“Truck broke down took it to another shop and told me the motor was shot and needed to be replaced for 11k, took it to Charlie’s for a second opinion and they actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly and fixed the problem for $900 bucks. They do good and honest work. The only shop I trust.”

A lot of times with other places … they charge me and then come to find out they didn’t even do what they said needed to be done… also I love the fact in the shop you can sit in their waiting room and see thru the glass that they are working properly and efficiently on your car! “I used Autotech for the first time 6 years ago and I'll never use another collision service. Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident but if you wind up in that situation, do yourself a favor and go to Autotech. These guys are the best!I wish more businesses could be like Autotech.
