“Was greeted at my vehicle quickly, had kids with me and they were very comfortable in the waiting room enjoying hot chocolate and snacks, received a video of the work quickly and was wrapped up in an exceptionally quick time. My windows are tinted and my service advisor handed me my oil change sticker stating they did not want to damage the tint by putting it on. This small attention to detail was the first I encountered anywhere and I was very impressed. Excellent appointment.”

Even after leaving the dealership she has reached out to him on different occasions with questions and he has always been available right away to help her with everything. I think the prices for service are competitive with other places if you get the same oil quality, and I trust the dealer a lot more. The facilities are immaculate, there's a waiting area with refreshments and comfortable seating, and the staff is friendly and professional. I've not usually had service done at the dealer except for warranties, but I plan on using Prestige for my regular maintenance as well.”
