“Superior Custom Kitchens designed and installed our kitchen. We are thrilled with the finished product and the entire renovation process. We chose semi-custom cabinets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, herringbone pattern backsplash tile. Christine at Superior is hands on with her contractor employees and the subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, quartz countertop and backsplash tile). Licensed subs whom she has worked with for years. Christine called me nearly every day with info and updates. She listens carefully, understood my "wish list" and concerns. Her suggestions as to what would work and ideas that I might consider were extremely helpful in our final decisions. Most importantly, she understands the word Budget! We opted to do the demo work ourselves, but had Superior removed the debris (it's a small kitchen.) We found the subfloor had to be repaired before new plywood was put down, and Superior did that work. The estimated cost was accurate, increases were due to minor plumbing and electrical cost increase and my choice of tile. We also opted for some additional work -- insulating and replacing sheetrock on the outer wall of kitchen and replacing ceiling sheetrock in laundry room. Worksite was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Oh, and we also had an old wall exhaust fan removed, so the exterior hole it left had to be insulated and covered. Miraculously Superior was able to find vinyl siding to match our 35+ yr old siding! Start date and completion was spot on. Had a problem with a door hinge on vanity a year after buying and the responsiveness and resolution was immediate. I’ve been trying to furnish my dining room for three months now, and I have not had one sales associate as patient, kind, and knowledgeable as Patty! We found the Montauk parsons dining table online, and absolutely loved it. Patty was so accommodating with our hectic schedule during the holidays and was available whenever we needed her. Not once did we experience one slight attitude from her unlike the other furniture places I’ve been to.
