“I had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher that I purchased a year ago from SeeMore. It was a cosmetic issue; not a mechanical issue. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone told me that he would issue a repair ticket and that someone would call me soon. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I was called!!! The repair person was here and solved the issue right away! What a delight to know that there is such responsive customer service at SeeMore. I highly recommend them.”

“I deleted what I posted previously about my experience at Astro. I had put a 1 star review and was upset with the way things went but Brian from Astro called me and we had a great conversation. He made things whole in my mind and refunded me for things that I should not have been charged for. He was very reasonable and apologetic for the things that didn't go as I would expect. And explained the billing and why it is written the way it is. My opinion was changed. I appreciate a company that will take the time to explain what happened and why and make things right. Thanks Brian. Hopefully I'll see you soon for my next rental.”

“This is my local Home Depot. Since purchasing a home a few years ago, I’ve probably come here dozens of times for various reasons. My most recent visit to get supplies for a new dishwasher install is prompting this review. There is a certain negative connotation with “Big box” stores and I’ve certainly had experiences here that would align with that. Today an employee helped me in the electrical department and the experience was exceptional. He took the time to ask about my project and steered me towards a better solution. I very much appreciate his expertise and professionalism. Sadly I didn’t catch his name, as he rushed off to help another customer. Whoever was working electrical on Saturday March 2nd - HD, you need more folks like him.”

“I have to say the manager (excuse the spelling) Kaleel, saves this Home Depot location of a 1 star review. He is exceptional and from reading the other reviews it seems Home Depot needs to weed out people to have more employees like him..I had been searching for a new front door using the Home Depot ap and found the one I wanted. It said there were 2 in stock in south Plainfield so instead of buying on the ap I went directly to the store to look at the door in person. While looking for the door, I noticed a lot of their stock had dings and scratches all over them. Either way could not find the door I was looking for so asked one of the guys sitting in the door department. He searched high and low and could not find the door so told me he could place an order for it, they will search the entire store and pick the item for me and if not order another one for me. So I purchased it and went home. The next day I tried calling to see if the door was in and the phone just kept ringing. So I sent a text to the customer service chat in the Home Depot ap. That person ended up getting through to the store and she found out that they had cancelled my order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never reached out to even say they cancelled it which is the messed up part. Kaleel was very nice and called around to other stores and tried to make the situation right. I was on the phone for awhile and he said that if he could get through to the other stores he would give me a call back. Which he did.”

My local store referred me to George. Starting with the first call, I knew I was in the right hands. He told me what he thought the problem was over the phone and got a technician out the next day. Again, I knew all would be fine when the technician arrived and got to work. He was very professional and patient. He listened and explained everything until I understood. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the team. Old school and the best!”
