Crossfit has taught me more than I could ever ever imagined. I stopped in one night on a whim to see what it was all about. I was wiped out after just doing the warmup, thinking I was in decent shape. I quickly realized how humbling this sport could be. If you show up, eat right and push yourself hard every time you will find yourself in the best shape of your life because that’s where I’m at now 3 months in. The coaches are incredible to say the least. They pay attention to you and help you be the best version of yourself. Jackie the owner is nothing short of an inspiration. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone gets every penny out of their memberships. Don’t think twice, it will change your life both physically and mentally.

I went here because I wanted to get stronger and faster. And also work on my form. This was the perfect place to do it. After doing crossfit for the summer, I increased my time for cross country by one whole minute. I loved the energy of the coaches and the people there were very nice too. I have to confess that I now became a crossfit addict. I have done things that I thought I wouldn't be able to do before. I'm glad I found Golden Phoenix.

I signed my son up for crossfit at Golden Phoenix to teach him proper form and to help him become stronger. Jacqueline, the owner of Golden Phoenix, was helpful every step of the way. She, along with amazing coaches, taught my son how to do handstand pushups, rope climbs, cleans, you name it. Every class session, my son finished with a smile on his face. He loves the community and the members made him feel welcome. He definitely wants to continue crossfit and training with the team at Golden Phoenix! Thank you Golden Phoenix for your great coaching and great community!

I had a lot misconceptions and hesitation about CrossFit. The coaches and other members at Golden Phoenix completely dispelled all of them. The coaches are great and everyone is welcoming no matter your current fitness level. You won’t find a better more motivating gym. Definitely no globo gym vibes here
