Great coaches and a great group of people. Workouts are always challenging and fun!

I had a lot misconceptions and hesitation about CrossFit. The coaches and other members at Golden Phoenix completely dispelled all of them. The coaches are great and everyone is welcoming no matter your current fitness level. You won’t find a better more motivating gym. Definitely no globo gym vibes here
