“I have loved this shop for several years, but just don't get there often enough. Yesterday, 1 skirt, 1 blouse, 1 pair of heels - perfect ! There is a large selection, from casual to dressy to designer and vintage, with reasonable prices across the board. Many people know each other and I was there on game night- which was a ton of fun to watch and I can imagine even more fun to play. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming. There is no cutting fee if you bring your own and this is great news. You must bring your own alcohol which is unfortunate for some but may be a benefit to others. Great space for an afternoon smoke!”

“Alina and her staff are absolutely amazing, patient, and fantastic when it comes to all things fashion. I have been a client for a little over 7 years now and cannot recommend them enough. Whether you need a cozy and casual outfit to formal wear they have you covered. Traveling for vacation, a wedding, or just for a fun weekend any outfit you need can be found here. Yes they can be a bit pricey but you cannot put a pricey on the advising they offer here as Alina and her staff go above and beyond for your needs and happiness. Throughout the years the staff here know how I prefer darker colors almost year round and make recommendations based on exactly what I like. Also if there is a specific style or look you want and it is not in the store they will gladly order it for you. I personally am a huge Lauren Moshi joggers and sweaters fan and they have made custom orders for me countless times. You can also follow them on Instagram and hold certain items in store that you want to try on and buy! They are located in Ridgewood and parking can be difficult at times but you will always find a spot. There is also their formal wear and special event store StudioSuite201 which is great for long gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience here. I always leave happy and with plenty of great outfits.”

“Soooooooo beautiful ??? where was this store years ago when I was on the hunt for modest dresses. Shurooq was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and patient. The styles they have are very modern, classy, elegant, and they look very high quality! Some special occasion heavily beaded dresses (for weddings) were a steal , compared to similar designs I saw at Nordstrom for 2x the price, (except you don’t need to take these dresses to a tailor to add sleeves or cover the back)We came at closing so I couldn’t really try anything on but they do have a fitting room on premises . I can’t wait to return and buy all the things . What a gem and much needed addition to Main Street and an excellent asset to the hijabi/ modest community”

“I love Kohls and this location is absolutely my favorite.I just purchased a Simply Vera Wang wallet from here a few minutes ago that I absolutely love. I work in billing for a financial company, have worked in customer service and merchandising so I’m relatively good when it came to numbers and I make sure to keep an eye out for the signs and discounts. I asked an older woman with glasses who worked at Kohls how much the wallet was and the scanner said original price 39 and sale price was 31 before an additional 20% discount. I told her that was incorrect and the sign said differently and she said what was scanned was correct. I knew she just didn’t want to walk over and check. I purchased the wallet anyway and after went to take a picture of the sign and went up to an associate in the front to assist me. I showed him the signs and he returned the item, priced it correctly at the sale price then added the 20%. Granted it was about a 10 dollar difference but I plan on shopping here next week for the holidays and I need to know the signs are correct and followed before I spend a significant amount of money.If you see a sign near an item your purchasing take a picture incase it doesn’t come up correctly and go to the front counter.”

“When The Shell Station first opened in Monsey, it was such a blessing. Prior to this, one had to go all the way to Brooklyn for a decent selection. Plus, their return policy gives customers at least a week to decide, unlike other stores in Monsey, many of which have a 1-day return policy.”

“I visited boxed lunch at the willowbrook mall to see what is was about as my kids and I do like anime and comic things. The store did have some pretty cool things all based on such genres. From unique things like themed toasters that make batman toast to the usual shirts, stuff animals and other goods. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly and that is always a huge plus in my book. So if you have such interest, I'd recommend a visit.”

“Had to write to say the customer service in this store is OUTSTANDING! A little background on me. I have been recovering from surgery and this was my first time going it alone in a mall to do a little bit of shopping. I went in to Lucky Brand as my boyfriend loves their pants and well they had a sale on! :) Not only did they recognize that I was finding it a bit hard to move around, they held my other bags for me so I could wonder round. They then helped me allocate his sizing for his pants and they carried all the clothing items I chose for me to try on. I did not have to move. They made it all so much easier for me! But the 'above and beyond' bit was once I completed my shopping, they helped carry all my bags to my car as I had officially run out of steam by then. This was all their doing, I did not have to ask. It was just wonderful and so so supportive and I was and still am so very grateful for this amazing gesture! What a GREAT team and the store is managed so well. I wanted to get them a shake or a coffee..but they wanted nothing! Just an amazing experience and an easy reason to return again.. A BIG heartfelt thank you to Karisma and the Manager for seeing me as a person and making my first outing a successful (and safe) one. PS....my boyfriend and I are very happy with the clothes purchase as well!”
