“I only ever bought off the rack suits and as a groomsman I have only ever worn the typical suit rental company selected by the couple to be. My wife and I decided on a destination wedding and a honeymoon to follow. Using the typical rental companies would be fairly expensive so I decided I would purchase a custom tux. I spent days reviewing providers and Enzo's custom in midtown stood out. After reading many of the reviews I decided I wanted to work with Jeremy. Going into this I did not realize how many decisions were required to create a custom suit. It can be very overwhelming. Jeremy never made me feel uncomfortable with my custom tux/suit ignorance. He was very patient, attentive and helped me through the entire process. He even dealt with a million questions from my wife when she tagged along on a couple visits. He handled everything with grace. I had such a wonderful experience that I decided to purchase a custom suit as well. The quality, look and feel of the tuxedo was tremendous. I received compliments the entire wedding day and felt like a movie star. I highly recommend Enzo's and Jermey. I will be back for custom suits for work in the future.”
“My experience with Michelle at Alan David went above and beyond my expectations. I was asked to officiate a friend’s wedding and had tried on my tux about 3 weeks before the wedding. I had been weight lifting and my pants no longer fit. After trying several off-the-rack tuxedo options, which were expensive for the quality, I made an appointment at Alan David.I was looking for a double breasted peak lapel jacket with pleated pants that had a slight break and a nice drape to them. Not only was the incredible team at Alan David able to accommodate my unreasonable request of a custom suit in such a short timespan, the suit was made with extreme precision, care and love. Michelle’s expertise, incredible taste, artistry, kindness and warmth made this whole process a dream.At my first fitting, my tuxedo shirt that I had previously owned needed the sleeves adjusted which the team was able to accommodate as well as sewing my button holes on my placket smaller so my shirt studs wouldn’t fall out (a detail I had never even thought of, but what turned out to be an essential modification).This was my first time ordering a custom suit. Elsie, Emily, Ben, Bruce and especially Michelle all made my experience a true delight from start to finish. The great thing about Alan David is that they order extra fabric so if my suit needs alterations in the future the fabric will be from the same dye lot. Custom suiting is ultimately an investment, cheap suits can be expensive from how frequently you need to replace them. A custom suit can last for decades if you maintain them properly. I would highly recommend Alan David for those who are looking for a beautiful, tailor-made suit, I plan on returning again as soon as I can.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to this time given how excellent my experience was at New Era.
The cleaners I go to lost my tuxedo pants and I needed new pants within a matter of hours. Within two minutes of walking into the store, Robert and Vivian handed me pants that matched the material and color of my jacket and that fit me well, not to mention at an unbeatable price. That is hard to beat.
On top of that, they are incredibly lovely people who are representative of all that is so great about New York City. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!”

It was my first time ordering a custom suit. He explained everything thoroughly, walking me through fabric options, what I could customize and provided expert opinion based on the occasion and season.
He was meticulous with taking the measurements. I loved working with him as he is super friendly and makes sure you get the exact suit you’re looking for, while suggesting opinions for anything you’re unsure of.
The suit was made within a few weeks and shipped from India. I went in for the fitting
and he made some minor adjustments after the suit came back.
